Ingredients (Sinus Infusion Herb Mix Essential Oil)

Clove leaf, Cinnamon, Camphor, Ajwain, Peppermint, Tea tree, Basil, Sandalwood

Directions

Place one ¼ oz sachet of Sinus Infusion Herb Mix Satchets in a large bowl, add boiling water.  Add 1-2 drops of the Sinus Mix Essential Oil.  Cover the head and torso with a towel and inhale the steam.  Stay at a comfortable distance from the steam.  Remove towel if uncomfortable and resume as needed.  Keep inhaling until steam cools off.
