Ingredients
SVA Tridoshic Kicheri (proprietary blend) with Kali Jeeri Rice, Organic Mung Dhal, Sunthi (Ayurvedic Ginger), Mom’s GheeTM*, Mom’s MasalaTM*, and Soma saltTM*.
Directions
Add the contents of one pouch to 16oz of boiling water. Stir. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. And your kichdi is ready to be eaten - no need to add anything - enjoy!

The best ive ever tried!

Ive tried Kicheri from so many different brands. Ive also tried to make it myself. Nothing compares to this one. I find that this is my go to when I want to eat healthy and actually eat a good amount of it. Not sure why its so good but I am very grateful I found this! Thank you

Loving this rice mixture. I should be using the Kapha Kicdhi, but I have the feeling it will be too spicy for me even though I should be using more spices in my food. This Tridoshic mixture is wonderful and whatever nutrients and good prana my body can use from it will be used. I added the Khadi that I bought to it, so yummy. One bag is more than enough, so from now on, I will have to split the dosage in half. I will put the unused portion in a glass container with an air-tight lid and hope it keeps well in the refrigerator until the next day. Then I will take it out and let it 'thaw' to room temperature before using. I am really hopeful that this works! Enjoy your day. Namaste!
