SVA Kapha Kicheri (proprietary blend) with Kali Jeeri Rice, Organic Mung Dhal, Kulthi Lentils, Organic Quinoa, Mom’s GheeTM*, Mom’s MasalaTM*, Garcinia Masala for KaphaTM*, and Soma saltTM*


Add the contents of one pouch to 16oz of boiling water. Stir. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. The Kulthi lentil will always remain a little crunchy. This is is normal no matter how long it cooks.  And your kichdi is ready to be eaten - no need to add anything - enjoy!

    This was so simple to fix. I followed the directions on the package: add to 16 ounces of boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes. It was delicious. I plan to stock up on this.
