Lime: alkalizing the overall system, boosts immunity, balances the sour and sweet tastes in the recipe.

Mishra's family, that helps promote good digestion, brings balance, and wellness to the physical and vibrational channels, and all organs and organ systems and tissues. It 

contains the following ingredients with the following actions:

Coriander: Helps to remove toxins through the urinary tract, cools and balances the properties of the other warming spices in the recipe,

helps protect from acidity by having an alkalizing effect on digestion.

Cumin: Enhances absorption, burns ama (toxins from undigested food particles), supports digestion and metabolism without overheating the system.

Turmeric: Supports the intelligence of the liver and cleanses the liver and blood.

Black Pepper: Opens the micro and macro channels of the body and brain, enhances the oxygenation in the channels of the brain, supports the kidney channels.

Pink Pepper: a mild spice with a unique fruity flavor, it also helps open the channels deep within the cellular system, giving a deep sense of satiation.

White pepper: Adds a unique flavor, opens the micro and macro channels of the body and brain, enhances the oxygenation in the channels of the brain, supports the kidney channels.

Mum's Ghee: (Also Sold Separately) The best butter oil available as it is made from cultured cream, nourishing to the brain, nourishes all of the tissues of the body, and helps build ojas.

Pectin: Plant-based thickener used for consistency.

Directions

This preserve can be enjoyed with baked, cooked or raw foods. It can be added as a sauce or to dip in your baked fries! It can be diluted with water and some more lime to create a delicious dip/dressing, or it can even be added to your vegetables or protein while cooking your meals. It is highly versatile and will enhance the flavor of any meal item.

Refrigerate after opening. Do not leave exposed to sunlight.

    This preserve is a great base for sauces. I add it to heavy cream with mums masala and some lime and soma salt for a very elegant and refined special paneer and vegetable curry. I have also substituted fresh cashew or almond milk, made thick as cream when I was out of cream and added organic golden raisins to make a lovely korma sauce for vegetables and paneer.
