From the first sip of tripti tea, I felt a subtle wave wash through me that made me lose all cravings. I no longer felt the impulse for sugar products, seeking for enlightenment, longing for money, etc. As they ceased, a physical-mental-spiritual calmness filled me. I highly recommend the tea, and also recommend that the dosage is followed because too much can disturb the system (start with 1/4 tsp per cup, max of 2 cups a day).
