Add 1 teaspoon per person in 6 oz of water. Cover and boil on medium heat.

    I am drinking this tea not to lose weight, but to improve fat absorption. The taste is quite complex. I realize it is very healthy and I noticed after drinking it twice a day, that my digestion is improved. I have decided to continue to drink this tea for at least three months to see how this is improving my health.

    Making the tea is somewhat meditative. I take one tea spoon and put this in water that I gradually bring to a boil and let it simmer for 3 min. Then I drain the tea and let it cool and drink it.Just standing there and being mindful of how I prepare the tea is good.
