In my experience, this is Dr. Mishra's most relaxing and fragrant bath pouch (though I haven't tried the Soma Nidra pouches yet). It's probably because they're made with magnesium and soma salt. The Wild Amla ones are more fiscal at five per pack, but when I need that extra kick to unwind or am feeling fancy these are great.

The cold weather in the Northeast this year has been particulary tough on the body. That, and too much mental stress. I have used the detox pouches twice already and found that a twenty minuet soak in the tub with them completely took away the soreness and tightness in my muscles and calmed my mind considerably. Needless to say, I look forward to my next detox bath.
