Maha Marma Oil is an herbalized oil blend formulated to awaken and support the adhipati marma.  Marma-s are the energetic ‘switches’ on our body that govern the reception, delivery, and interaction of prana with all organs and systems. Adhipati is considered the ‘master’ marma of the entire body.  About the size of a dime, this marma is located approximately at the center point on top of the head (anterior fontanelle). This marma receives marut predominant prana (etheric energy) from the universe, which then flows down the spinal column to all the spinal marma-s for distributing the nurturing and balancing power of prana to other marma-s and to all the organs and systems.

Ingredients

Maha Marma Oil Herbal Synergy (Proprietary Blend) with: Dashmoola (Aegle marmelo); Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi); Gotu kola (Centella asiatica); Brahmi (Bacopa moniera); in Grade-A Organic Sesame (Sesamum indicum) oil and Grapeseed (Vitis vinifera) oil, with Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis), and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Directions

Apply a drop or two of this oil to the maha marma (top of the head).  Using your ring finger lightly and slowly circle clockwise – as if looking down from above – this marma point 7, 14, or 21 times.  Then hold your palm gently over the marma for a minute.  (If your head has a lot of heat, lift your hand slightly but keep it close.)
