Coriander (dhanyakam in Sanskrit) is described by Bhava Prakash as pittanashanam (removing pitta), tuvaram (penetrating deeply in the body), snigdam (lubricating the channels & binding amavisha toxins), mutralam (diuretic).

Directions

Add one pinch of coriander seeds to your one or two liters of herbal tea mixuture given to you by your Shaka Vansya Ayurveda practitioner and sip throughout the day.
