Vaidya Mishra's proprietary herbal synergy with Shankapushri, Guduchi, Triphala, Turmeric, Manjistha, in a base of Sesame oil, Avocado oil, Sunflower oil, with Grapefruit, Sweet orange, and Y-lang y-lang.

Directions

Warm the oil bottle in yur sink for a few minutes. Apply s smallamount on the palm of your hand, rub your hands, and then massage the baby's limbs gently in a circular and outward motion (towards the fingers and toes). Go in a circular clockwise motion on the belly, and downward swipes on the spine. Make sure the room is warm. Cover the baby in a towel and let the oil obsorb for minutes. Bath it off.
